I've actually bought movies just for this purpose.

How about Master and Commander the other side of the world
(I think that's the title)
If you have a really good set up you may get seasick. There are tons of subwoofer-intense parts that'll shake you off the couch or when the ship gets hit with the cannon you'll go through the ceiling.
Hope you don't live in an apartment!
Other than that, I love anything with DTS.
How many surround speakers do you have? If more than 5 make sure you use a movie that uses those channels too!

You better warn the neighbors because Black Hawk Down and Saving Private Ryan will shake the pictures off the walls .
The DVD's mentioned by the others are also highly recommended .
Terminator 3 shook my TV up so bad the color drained out of it and turned everything black and white .
I turned it off for a 1/2 hr and everything was back to normal .

movies with dolby digital surround sound file with a 5.1 inch output is the best and believe it or not most horror movies are compatible. producers do this to increase the fright
