the graphics card has a s-video output... how do i connect my PC to my TV which only has rca/composite input? do i need to buy a special converter?

You cannot plug s-video into composite without signal processing; the color sub-carrier must be recombined with the luminance signal in the proper way. I could not find such a device, but you can get a modulator that will take s-video and output an RF signal on CH3 or CH4, which you connect to your TV antenna input.

There is an adapter for every connection. you will have to drop by a store that sell electronic parts and accessories or find one on the web. On your web search browser just type ' s-video to rca adapter ' and you get tons of it.

10-4 or buy a newer TV! Or an older card. Not rocket science, can't fit a round peg into a square hole, remember?
