I already have a really bad camera that takes horrible pictures, and I want to know where to get one that takes good pictures for under $200.

I cannot seem to get clear, crisp shots using the 12x Optical Zoom on my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30. I've tried using a tripod, setting the "film" speed at 80 - and even at mid-day, clear skies etc., the shots are very grainy (noisy). I bought the camera because of this feature and simply cannot figure out how to make it work for me.

I'm only 4'11, so it's really hard for me to take full body shots. :x
I've seen people do it before, but..
I don't even know.
I've tried it before, and it just doesn't work.

I hope this is in the right section?

If I try to take a photograph of, for example, running water, using a slow shutter speed, the image appears white. What seems to be happening is that while the shutter stays open, too much light leaks into the camera.

I want to create something like this:

I have a Canon SD600 and I'm having a few problems with the quality of the photos. I'm not that camera savvy, so I don't quite know what I'm doing when I mess around with the manual settings.

The pictures taken are all quite grainy, even when set on the "super fine" setting. If any other SD600 owners out there know what settings I should put the camera on to take better quality photos and feel like sharing it with me, I would appreciate it.

I have a Panasonic FZ7 camera. I was just wondering if there was any way to connect the camera to the computer and click pictures which instead of getting stored on to the camera's SD card get directly stored onto the computer's hard disk bypassing the SD card.

This goes along with my last question about the de-bunked memory card. The lock is off and it won't let me push any buttons (formatting is out of the question). Anyways, has anyone ever heard of this company? I have searched my brains out. I can't find anywhere online that sells them or even a company web site. Help? Anyone? Blue Memo???

I'm absolutely clueless about this. Can I use my lenses from my film camera on digital SLR's? I'm making the switch from a Canon Rebel (regular film) to a Nikon D70. Is there something special about lenses for digital cameras? Or are they interchangeable between film and digital? The lenses I have are Tamron. Thanks!
