I'm only 4'11, so it's really hard for me to take full body shots. :x
I've seen people do it before, but..
I don't even know.
I've tried it before, and it just doesn't work.

I hope this is in the right section?

buy a tripod

You put the camera on a tripod or perch it carefully on a table, focus it where you know you will be-put a chair or something there- and once it is focused, turn the "autofocus" OFF. Trip the SELF-TIMER-nearly every camera has it- and step over to where you focused. On many Nikon cameras you can trip the shutter from where you are with a small remote.

PS: It looks like you are doing something naughty. Have fun!

Use a timer and set your camera up to get the full shot (like with a tripod, or just set on your desk at a good angle).

do you have a full-length mirror in your house?
Stand in front of it to take your pictures, but you will then hide your face behind the camera. Or is that an advantage? Are you wanting to show more than you would if there was somebody else taking the pictures !

You can use the timer on your camera [if it comes with one..which it SHOULD]. Then theres also an angle which can get your face and the front side of your body. you kinda have to hold the camera above your head..its difficult to explain. lol.
