What is the safest and best way of cleaning a digital camera? With a slightly alcoholic towel? Is it ok to clean it with a slightly wet (water) towel or clean as well?

i have an old fujifilm finepix camera but the memory card doesn't fit into any of the slots on my computer. i lost the USB cable so i can't get the pix that way. what do i do? can i get eternal hardware to insert the card into or should i find a new USB cable?

I have a Kodak EasyShare C340.

I am having trouble gettting the camera on. I turn it to Auto, and it has a green light, than it turns to red. Is it not charged and were the heck do i charge it?

I saw a photographer's album and it was hardcover with a jacket. The pages were super glossy. It was not made with things like shutterfly and mypublisher. The pages were really slick, smooth, so shiny, almost oily looking . She said that she gets them from Japan but couldn't tell me the supplier. Any idea where I might be able to find info how I can make one of these for myself? (I hav a feeling it may be for pro photographers only but I'd still like to be able to find a company to contact if I can!).

i was taking some photos with my friends digital camera a few nights ago of him, my girl, his wife and other people. we were in a really dark area outside. when the pictures came up on the camera, however, we saw the people okay, but then there were these spots in the pictures. round spots in different pictures. What causes this, because they also came up in some shots we took with a disposable camera. someone suggested it was the digital camera focusing on dust particals since the background was pitch black, but there was one spot right in front of a tree and you could see the tree right through this spot. mind you this particular spot was the biggest and brightest.

I want a good digital camera thats uses AA batteries and has a viewfinder.
It also neeeeds a powerful flash, my camera now has a horrible flash.
It should be 5-6 MP and should cost between $200-300.

I have a Caonon A80 digital camera, I'd like to buy a 2G CF card (only costs me $70 CAD) for it. But I was told that Caonon A80 digital camera use CF card I (Type I ) ,not CF card II (type II), so I get confused, what kind of 2G CF card can be used in my Caonon A80 digital camera. I want to buy a webcam thats cheap and has a usb cable thats long because the laptop broke and the webcam from their has a really short cable. Oh yer and can also be used in a windows 98 computer! Any1 got any suggestions could u also give me the link from were to buy it !

I have a Canon AE-1 film camera. (Yes people still use those!) The battery is dead and I would like to replace it, but so far I have only found Lithium batteries in the right size. The camera is from pre-lithium days. Would there be any harm to my camera if I used a lithium battery in it?

Rip Girls is a Disney channel movie. The main character has a picture of her mom and her on her laptop. (seperate pictures) She somehow copies herself on the picture with her mom so that they're standing side by side in one picture with the same background. It's not panoramic and it's not just two pictures side by side, she actually merged them together. I was wondering how to do this for a multi-media project I'm doing. HELP!
