Consumer Electronics - 19 August 2007

We'd like to control our home theater as well as control our outdoor system. I have no clue what it is that I need but I'd like it to all be easily contained inside the house
(I'll run outdoor speaker wire from inside to outside for those speakers)
Which one of those do I need??

my freind keeps telling me he is looking for a 42 inch plasma or lcd for 500 bucks, im like no way in hell you are going to find it for that price, maybe 1500 bucks but not 500. or maybe a projection or crt for that price even that he wont. can this be true of a plasma/LCD for that price range?

I need the name of a store that sales electronics like protoboard or breadboard and wires and chips like flip flop or LS7400 LS7408, I know many of this are not for sale because are discontinued, but some similar. I tryed to find a store but the only one that I found was Radioshack, howeber, they never know anything when I ask. If someone could tell me a store, I just need the name, and I take care of find it.

i picked up a nice magnavox from a yard sale its bigger than my original one it takes a while to warm up and it seems to fade when channels are changed it really looks like it could be a really good tv i'm just wondering if i could purchase a part and fix it. the picture blurs every once in a while is there anything i can do? Please only people who know about older tvs and how to repair them and i don't have enough to buy a new one so thats not an option. thank you

I am wanting to get a flash bracket for my Nikon D40 and I am looking at the Stroboframe frame with the camera flip feature. I am leaning toward this frame since it is supposed to be a light weight plastic and the camara flip feature would make it easy to use.

Does anyone out there have any others that I might want to consider?

ive heard that one is better than the other and the other is better than the other
i sit 10feet away from my tv and i need 1080p over component and hdmi also and i know its not true 1080p but the max my room could fit is 37inches but those are too expensive and i want to stick with sharp so which of these 2 is the best

iv got a problem towards the end i keep running out of health,
