i was at a lake and my phone cam out of my pocket and fell in the water i immediatly realised and took it out and removed the battery. we dried it out (used a hair dryer) but its still being wierd and the speakers are all fizzy and staticy!
what else can i do!!!!

I have xbox 360 with HD-DVD add-on but, the 360 HD-DVD does not have HDMI output.

I also have Carter cable box but, it does not have DVI output. It only has USB output.

*What do I need or what can I do? Do I need to buy other cables?

Computer and technical wizs I need your help. I have an Ozaki (Taiwan Company) 5.1 Speaker System setup connected to a desktop computer through a ForteMedia Soundcard. I'm using a fm801 driver and here's my problem. First off whenever I turn on the center speaker it produces audio for a few minutes before blaring out nothing but static forcing me to turn it off. My guess is the speaker is overloading, any ideas why? And no switching speakers or cables doesn't solve the problem. Second, everytime I restart my computer the speaker configuration resets to 2.1 so only the two forward speakers work. I have to manually bring up the drive and re-setup to 5.1 which is really annoying. Any idea why? I would consult ForteMedia or Ozaki customer service but either of them are nonexistant, I never get a reply.

All my 118 songs are mp3 format, when I burn/make cds, I put in a blank disc, open the folder for it and burn it as a data cd. Does that mean a mp3 compatable stereo will play it?

I have got a Bush RF6694D television with intergrated digital and I bought it as set with a Bush DVR3003XI recordable dvd player. I want to record music with what will probably be a macbook or macbook pro, but I'm unsure which device to buy to actually bring the guitar and vocals into the computer. I'm thinking of getting a linepod or lambda, but I really have no idea which one is the best. Any advice would be appreciated. Oh and I'm going to record acoustic stuff mostly with some violin and electric guitar, so I need the device to have at least 2 inputs for a guitar mic and vocal mic as well as an electric guitar input.

Here is my problem, I bought a home theater from wal-mart and I think I may have purchased the wrong one. (I can't return it, it has been too long) My tv has speakers that are external and are connected to something like this: http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/images/G13930B.jpg

This tv has no audio out aside from cables like that, here is where it is messed up. The home theater has these as the input from the tv: (Note: the one on the bottom, the Red and white input)

My equipment:
~42" Plasma Magnivox TV
~RCA Home theater (RT2770)

Can anyone tell me how to hook this up, I have tried my local radio shack and got a cable that I rigged to fit both ends but nothing comes through. Are audio wires different then any old wire?

I just bought an episode disc of Avatar the Last Airbender for my nephew. But while we were watching it we noticed something really strange. Around the lines of the animation there seems to be a kind of shadow: it's like there are two lines but the second is fuzzy and makes images somewhat distorted. Is there a problem with the disc and should I return it? Or am I doing something that is causing this?
