2-way radio to stop chainsaw guy?

i need help, i dont know what radio or other device to even look at to stop a chainsaw guy, if anyone knows of a 2 way radio thats verry loud or has the most annoying buzzer on the face of the planet, please inform me. thx in advance.

The chainsaw and hearing protection (I hope they wear some) would rule out hearing anything - but how about a vibrating pager system like they use to notify diners that their table is ready at nice restaurants.

Sorry, I know of no 2-way radio, hand-held or even mobile that can compete with the volume of a chainsaw. A chainsaw is just too loud.
