I just bought a 4 gb memory card today and i wanted to know if my camera is compatible with it because on the website where i bought it it only said it was SD compatible? And does it make a difference if it has HC at the end?

I've seen these radios or flashlights at Costco or somewhere in which you just wind up the crank and the radio supposed plays for about 1/2 an hour and they sell it for in case of emergency. How does it work without batteries?

If you use a calling card, does the number you call show up on the phone bill (of the phone you are calling from)?

Secondly...will that in any way interfere with a 10 cents per minute calling plan that you already have through your phone provider? This second one is a dumb question...but a friend asked me these questions, and I don't want to tell her the wrong thing. I haven't used calling cards and I think you have to dial a 1-800 number and type in the card number/pin number and then it should say to enter the number your want to call. Or that's what I told her (I also said I'd ask to make sure...haha)...is that right?

Sorry for not making sense....
Okay, I'm right-handed, and I can play the piano with just my right hand, but you know how your right hand is supposed to be hitting certain keys in a certain rhythm, and your left hand is supposed to be doing something completely different?

My hands can't do that. If my right hand is doing something, my left hand can follow, do nothing, or move a little bit and mess up my right hand. (and vice versa)

Same with acoustic guitar. I couldn't do chords and strum at the same time.

Is this bad? Does bass guitar require separate movement of the hands?

I have found two cameras at a pawnshop that I am willing to buy
Both 79.99 but I am not sure which one I should buy

Either
Kodak Easyshare C743 7.0 megapixels digital camera

~OR~
Casio Exilim (I am not sure if this next part is right but I think so) Ex Z50 --but may be different-- 5.0 megapixels digital camera!
They are both as small as I want because I like to carry them around in my purse what I am looking for is a camera with these asserories

1. Self Timer~~~I need this
2.Long lasting batteries --some days I take about 10-15 3.pictures a day--
4.a clear picture
5.a good camera that won't make my pictures washed out if I am in the sun
6.something so I don't have to hold the button long so I don't miss a picture--I think it is called shutter display?

I would like you to let me know what of these things do these cameras have so I can pick I am having a hard time!

I've done a few pages of Yahoo! search for bass guitar lessons in my area.... found some stuff. But I still need to buy a bass guitar, so I'm just browsing for now. What sort of price should I pay? Like what's normal, what's ridiculous, and what's cheap? I would get a video, book, or computer software, but I got computer software for acoustic guitar and it totally didn't make sense. I'm the kind of person that has to have someone else there to explain stuff to me. LOL. So, can you recommend any sites or people? Or information I SHOULD be looking for?

And again, what's a good price range?

I keep hearing how important the number of megapixels is, but the camera I'm looking at only lists the resolution as 100k pixels. Also, for Image Resolution it says 352 x 288 Pixels (HQ) and 176 x 144 Pixels (LQ). Can anybody interpret these numbers for me, and let me know if this is at least a half-decent camera? The price is pretty low, so if it's decent I want to buy it. Thank you.

I have a el-cheapo surround sound system my wife bought me a few years ago for Christmas. It is an Audiologic brand system with Dolby Digital and DTS. We recently got digital cable and I thought that with digital signals you could hear surround sound through the cable....my problem is I'm not sure I can do it with my system. Here are the inputs/outputs I have.

For the DVD player I have 3 ports labeled PR, PB, and Y
1 Red and White Audio Out
2 Red and White Aux INs
1 Audio Digital Out

The Digital Cable box has
1 Audio to TV Right & Left
1 Audio to VCR Right & Left
S-video
Digital Audio Coax
Digital Audio Optical

With these specs, can I get surround sound through my system?

I was wanting to know if a Blu-ray disk would play in a regular DVD player. I plan on buying a couple movies that will be avaliable on Blu-ray and I was wondering if it played like a regular DVD because I don't want to have to get a special player.

this morning, i had no picture on the tv. On the box, not one single light comes on. i hate these boxes also because if u dont have a remote, you are screwed. i have the tv on channel 4. and i get just a black screen. i am not trying to wait till friday for a technician to come out.
