What is the advantage if any of having an analogue + digital tuner on a tv?

Trying to decide which tv to buy, one has combined analogue / digital tuner, other has two tuners, one analogue one digital.
Any advice which would be best?

It don't know what a "combination analogue/digital tuner" is. The technology for each is different and requires different circuitry.
