I have a GP DVD player, model number GPDVD5, but I don't have a remote. I've bought a 'ONEFORALL' universal remote (URC7730) but cant find the four digit device code to match the GP brand. Can anyone help? Thanks.

i have got the sherwood newcastle audio/video receiver r-945rds amplifier, but have never got round to connecting it. I recently looked at my "missed calls" page on my phone and found dozens of phone numbers.I don't know who they are. Some are local #s and some look like cell #s.Reverse look-up only came up with two names of people that I don't know. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to check cell/unlisted numbers for free?

I just bought a Yamaha YPT-400 Portable Keyboard (musical) and need to know how to connect the midi out to my computer. This keyboard doesn't have the "normal" round midi cable out, but appears to have an USB type out to an USB on the computer. I am afraid to guess but it appears to use a standard USB 2.0 A to B cable. I have tried the Yamaha site and looking on the internet and hope that someone out there in Yahoo land is familiar with connecting this newer Yamaha to a computer. Thanks a MILLION!! Michael in TX

What's a good low-end phone? I need to replace the one that's crapping out now. I prefer not to have a camera, monophonic ringtones, etc., unless I have to...it's just that unlike most my age, I see cell phones as a necessary evil rather than something to show off.

Secondly, is buying a phone on E-Bay a good idea?

Don't laugh, but I almost purchased a portable DVD player yesterday. All of a sudden I'm getting picky about resolution and screen size.

My iPod and I are going through a very difficult relationship right now. We have disagreements with higher res file types, we have arguments over space (capacity), and we hardly see each another anymore because the damn screen is too small.

Although it will be hard for me, I have to do what's best for me and ask these three questions: (3 Simple Questions)

1st
What are the 3 highest resolution video file formats for portable media players possible? Is ‘H264’ #1? (Archos’s new 605 device is off the chain)


2nd
Which software program can convert DVD’s to these 3 highest file types?


3rd
What is an estimate range of how big these files will be @ max (assuming it’s a 2.5 hour movie)?

I'm currently with ampd mobile with a hybrid account but I'm having problems, with their service.
So I'm thinking about switching over to the new Unlimited boost mobile for $55 bucks in southern california, I'm in the coverage area but I wanted to know if anyone is trying this service and if their having any kind problems with it, and is it really only $55 bucks for unlimited minutes if you stay within the coverage area?

I need a phone that has windows mobile 5 or newer and with a service that has an unlimited data plan.
I dont give a damn about text messaging or if it has a cool looking cover or takes pictures.
Regarding the phone plan I would really like an unlimited calling plan with no roaming costs as well.

Anyone have suggestions on the phone and who has the best service? I am in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Phoenix a fair amount and would like one that works in those areas.

Well, I started to have some problems on winamp with both video and audio/music. Both suffered some delays and started to get messy, and jump parts. Then I uninstalled winamp and got foobar for music and zoomplayer for video. The music on foobar only does this if the PC is really slow, with many stuff being used. However, in the past, it didn't matter how busy the PC was, the music always played nice. Anyway, on zoomplayer, I get some bumping in the videos ocasionaly but it really bothers me. What can be the cause of this and how can I fix this? If you don't understand something please say so, I'll edit the question with more info. Thank you so much in advance.
