It's especially irritating when we are watching a movie with sub titles. We can block pop-ups on our computer so is it possible to block them on our TVs? It's bad enough I pay for cable and still have to endure all thoses comercials except on the cable movie channels like HBO, STARS, etc. that I don't subscribe to any more. I watch Discovery, DIY, History, Animale Planet, and National Geografic. I live in Hawaii. Is it like this on the mainland also?

As maybe followers of the high-definition formats will know, Pioneer are releasing a blu-ray drive at around $299. It only reads, and does not write blu-ray disks.

My question is, firstly, would I need a HD monitor, or are most LCD monitors these day HD anyway? And secondly, if the monitor can handle HD and blu-ray movies, then what is the point in buying a drive. I could just download HD/blu-ray movies. Obviously, wouldn't be legal, but we don't care about that, the greedy bastards charge enough for the disks as it is.

I have an HP Photosmart M307 Camera.

No matter what type of batteries I put in it, it eats them. The second it turns on the lens comes out and it shuts off. I have tried Energizer and nice companies instead of cheap ones and they all do the same thing. I haven't tried the rechargeable batteries yet but if it is doing it to all my other batteries won't it do it to the rechargeable ones also?

I read about Lithium and stuff like that but I honestly don't understand what that means so can someone please explain to me what to do? Thanks you guys. <3

In my room right now I got this 5 year old 27 in sanyo tube tv....and well I kinda want a lcd or what ever that i can put on my wall. I would rather is be 27 in, but i dont know if i can get a 27 in for 250 dollars.


Yea so i need to know of a store like best buy, circuit city, walmart or something where i can get a tv that you can put on the wall for $250 or less.

I'll put the game in and it will read it for about 5 minutes and then comes up say "disc read error". i've cleaned all my games with a special disc cleaner from the Radio Shack and also put a special disc in there that cleans the ps2.

ANY TIPS???

On his cell phone plan. I am going to turn 16 in October and get a job. If I was able to talk him into letting me get on his plan. Would I have to wait 2 years for the contract to run out or would he be able to add me to his plan. I am going to pay my part of the bill ad was just wondering if this was possbile. How much would it cost for him to add me to the plan if possible?

My friend went out today as a graduation gift and got the enV by LG. This phone is normally very costly. She went today, and got the pleseant suprise that she was eligible for getting it at a reduced price. She bought her old phone in December of '05, making her eligible for a $100 voucher in October. I put the microsd card in the slot on my computer, opened it when it appeared in my computer, and just put my mp3 in the window. I closed the window and took out the card. I then put the card in my phone (LG enV) and went the Setting and Tools menu, then clicked memory, then clicked Card Memory, then went to My Music and nothing was there. Please help
