i read somethin about buting it at verison. can i get it at cingular?

You should ask cingular but when I asked them they said they are dropping all digital phones. This was 18 months ago. If they truly dropped all digital then you cannot get online with cingular. You can with Verizon.

no u cannot the vx8500 chocolate is a cdma phone only for verizon. att wireless uses gsm another wireless standard

maybe but you might not want one they are extremely sensitive a buddy of mine put his in his pocket and went to his college class and the screen was ruined
