this morning, i had no picture on the tv. On the box, not one single light comes on. i hate these boxes also because if u dont have a remote, you are screwed. i have the tv on channel 4. and i get just a black screen. i am not trying to wait till friday for a technician to come out.

yes i hate the new comcast cable boxes. just another thing to confuse the customers and make more money. i never watch tv downstairs where the new cable box is. i use the old box upstairs if i am going to watch tv, which is rare. less channels on the old box, but hey there is always the computer. i hate waiting for the tech to come out. they sure do take their time after they get you as a customer.
