Consumer Electronics - 13 December 2006

About 6-7 months ago i bought a plasma T.V and the sales advisor said that it was H.D ready (also stamped on the T.V) as i have no other H.D hardware i didn't check the connections i also didn't know what constituted H.D at the time as i wasn't clued up on the connections. I found it only has 1 DVI-D connection so my question is this can i in anyway take the T.V back to curry's claiming i was miss sold as i paid full price for a tv that has an old standard as i cant even connect my xbox 360 on H.D mode. I Really think the T.V should have been sold at a lower price or i should have been informed about the connections on the T.V as even the cheap T.V's you can pick up in Asda and Tesco are all singing and dancing.

like can the -rw or +rw disk work on both computer and dvd recorder to record shows? I tried I recorded something on a +rw disk then put it in my pc to watch then back in dvd player to record more and it would not let me record no more said not compatible.
