If you found it you should hand it in to the police. Some poor soul has lost it and it may belong to a disabled person to whom the phone is a lifeline. Alternatively it may have been used in a crime and discarded so that the person next using it is implicated. How would you feel if you mislaid an expensive phone and someone found and kept it? You are actually committing a crime known as 'Stealing by Finding' if you keep it, so you will be a thief as well.

Why would you want to use someone else's phone as your own? The phone obviously cost them money. Consider yourself if you lost your phone. Nobody's gonna just give you a code to override someone's lost phone. Quit being greedy and selfish and turn the phone in!

Very simple, this is not your phone. Take it to the nearest phone store for the company and they will see that the true owner gets it back.
