i just bought one (mp4 ipod look-alike) recently, it works ok. the sound is not bad, the screen dosent really have that great quality, but its ok. I'd recommend that you go to an electronic store and get a good brand name mp3 player. What i bid for on ebay dosent look like what i recived (it was supposed to like the new nano, but the one they sent looks like the older one). the one my brother has, has batery problems. Its best to go buy the real thing

I did, well not personnaly had a friend do it for me... the MP3 player was about $3 dollars a 256MB MP3 player straight from a factory in CHINA!!! anyways it costs like $35 JUST TO SHIP THE stupid thing... got it worked fine and after a few months the volume down button doesnt work and, now (think it is the battery) the screen stays at the "Welcome" screen... but overall its kindof a piece of crap but my sister bauight a 128MB MP3 player at ABC warehouse for about $40 and i think mine was a bit better

I'd try Shopallstoresonline.com with all the Christmas sales going on right now....you can probably get a good deal and compare various models.

No, but as long as the seller has 100% feed back I would not be worried!
