Game consoles are not so good for use with plasma, RP-CRTs, or FP-CRTs. These units are all much more susceptible to burn-in than the others. Regular CRTs (the big tube tvs) should also be fairly okay with game consoles, unless you left the game on for days and days on end, with contrast cranked up way high.
