I bought a satellite receiver so that I could use my satellite radio at work as well as in my car. I cannot locate a signal in my building though. Aren't these satellite signals stronger than regular radio signals? Is there any way to locate one? My office has no windows & the building is basically made of steel. Any suggestions?!

I was told that DVD that are not done in the same area you live would not play in another area. I copied some of my video-cassette tapes on DVD and would like to send it to a friend for New-Year because this was taken years ago and she is on it. I know the disk has to be closed and protected in some way. I'm new at this. Thank you for the info

Okay, i have a PS2 Slimline, it worked perfectly for months, then it started to mess up, so it was out of commision for a month, until my friend turned it n and it worked perfectly


now it's being picky, some games work great and some games need a little bit of wiping, and some games no longer work at all, and if they make it past the PS2 logo, it'll start to freeze

for reference, the only two gamess that seem to work with no problems at all is:

Kingdom Hearts 2
Burnout revenge
SSX Tricky

the rest of the games (SSX on Tour, Marvel vs. Capcom, etc, etc. (It's a long list) almost or barely work, any suggestions (already cleaned lens and discs and opened up PS2 and cleaned dust out)

I had a membership for msn music, and my only fee was a dollar per song. Now they closed msn because of lack of popularity, and i don't trust anywhere else. I have itunes, but not an ipod, and itunes cannot be placed on windows media player to be put on my mp3 player. Also, i cannot justify getting my music for free, so don't suggest it.

So i just recently bought an HD-READY TV. What do I need to ask my cable company (Time Warner aka Comcast) to get hdtv?

Do they give me a new box?

Does it still hook up with a coaxial cable or what?
