How does the Nintendo company create a new game for their Gamecube system?

someone come up with an idea. they write a story board and crap. it goes to someone else and theyre like ok this is tight if we change this and this. then it goes to the next guy and hes like cool and makes characters on the comp and everyone works together like a little family and makes the world for the game and they write all the code and make the game around the story they came up with. then they burn it onto a disc and its a game. what kind of question was that?

they uses lots of progarmmers and crame the information into a minidisc then they sell it. And it is just like how everybody else does it.
