i don't mean Orange, Vodafone etc i mean Nokia, Motorola, Siemens etc... if you can tell me what phone it is and why you chose it it would help me out a lot! thanks

I get a contract with O2 via dial a phone. the custumer services are not very nice and i am not happy with all that.I have last day to send my phone back. They don't give me an address even i call to 0870 for ages! Please help!

A few good examples:

Verizon disabled mp3 file transfer their V3c razr phones, and disabled bluetooth file transfer entirely as they have a policy of doing.

Nokia 6256i:
Verizon disabled: mp3 as ringtone, java support to download games, all the play controls for the mp3 player

I have my theories.
Sorry all my examples came from Verizon because they arent the only provider that disables features, almost all of them do to some extent.
