Is it plugged in? Are the circuit breakers turn on? Are you using the remote? Have you tried turning it on at the TV? If all that doesn't help, try plugging something else into the wall outlet. If that item works, but the TV doesn't, take it to the TV repair shop. Is it still under warranty?

First question, was there a power outage,. power failure, if so try unplugging projection TV say 5 minutes,.. and plug it back in. there are some TV made with safety chip ,. will stop the TV from blowing fuse. which can be more serious,.. and at the same time ,. I you did, but check your receptacle to make sure there is power to the plug.

This is just another reason why I would never buy a rear projection TV. It's very possible the projection bulb is burned out.

check if your circuit breakers are on, check if the power cord is in, if it is in try seeing if it is connected correctly into the tv. If non of those work, try putting the tv directly into the outlet, not in the circuit breaker.

always check ALL the cords, power strip, breakers, fuses first.
if it still won't turn on, call the repairman.
if you start messing with the guts of it, be prepared to replace it.
