The others are not EXACTLY TOTALLY Wrong, sound is recorded on the film, originally by scratching grooves into the edge near the perforation, this was soon changed to a light system, which passes light that when projected after processing presents it self back into the sound recorded originally, there is also the magnetic way of recording it, uses metal particles and shifts them around to make an extra sound track, just like videotape, but better quality, in terms of how its recorded, the cameras are fitted with a piece of machinery called a crystal sync unit, which has a crystal moving at the exact same number of vibrations as the frame rate is set to and one of the above stated variations records it to the silver bromide on the emulsion and acetate base which provides a perfectly synchronised few seconds of film
