I get a contract with O2 via dial a phone. the custumer services are not very nice and i am not happy with all that.I have last day to send my phone back. They don't give me an address even i call to 0870 for ages! Please help!

Normally retailers will send a pre-paid envelope to you with an address written on it to make it easy for you to return the handset.
Its important to choose a retailer that has a clear returns procedure on their website and also one that answers the phone in a reasonable time. Best of luck!

I found this address on their website but it's pretty buried under the Important Information section if you click on Delivery Questions at the bottom of their home page. Good luck!
