ok so i had an ipod mini...then it got stolen...
so i started using my mom's ipod mini..
iplugged it into the computer...went into itunes on it...got the song that i wanted to be on it..
then i hit "update ipod"
but...when i clicked it.. this popped up "this ipod already has songs in it..do you want to replace all songs with the songs in your library"?...so i hit no...but when i hit no..they wouldn't let me upload my songs nto her ipod...so i went to "udpdate ipod" again...and this time i clicked yes...but now allllll her songs are gone...i was wondering...is there a way to have her songs and my songs at the same time? and is there a way i can restore her songs?

hi there. i am sending a gift to my cousin in Russia. I have Zen micro myself and i love it but it's pretty expensive in Canada...280$...so i want something around.$199. I dont want to get her an Ipod because they break so often..and if one breaks in Russia..there is no way it can be fixed. I dont want to risk it..but can u suggest me something? and what's the difference between flash and hard drive mp3?

i live with my uncle, and i have a laptop that i would like to have some internet connection with it. however, i don't want to use anything that would be connected to my uncle's account -- like adding a phone line, or using a router (he doesn't want me to). i know that if i sign up for an internet plan with any local wireless store (like t-mobile, or cingular) i could order a PC card and connect my laptop to the internet. but they usually cost around $59.99/month but i don't have a budget for it as of now.

are there any other inexpensive ways that i could have internet? a little less expensive than $59.99. i would say my budget would be $30-40 per month. i also have a desktop, but i don't know if i could use that for those plans.

I asked my boss if she would get me one, cuz it's relatively cheap and she's notoriously cheap herself, but she said no, because there has been kind of a high rate of returns of this product at the vendor where we get this kind of stuff.

Thanks for the replies about freeview picture quality. We appear to have an outside ariel but only the tv in the lounge is connected which is why I have such bad reception in my room. Can anybody tell me how I can connect the outside ariel to my room? There doesn't appear to be a cable connection point thingy (sorry-not very technical) anywhere.
