It refers to battery life. It means that you can talk up to 4 hours conitniously or it will sit and wait for a call for up to 210 hours. It takes more energy for the phone to be sending and recieving than it does just sitting there.
So, how long before you have to recharge? Depends on how much you use the phone, but in reality somewhere between 4 and 210 hours. Those are the extreme ends and you'll fall in the middle somewhere, but it gives a basis for comparing one phone to another.

It means the battery will support 4 hours of talk time (or how much time you're actually USING your phone), or 210 hours of standby time, or the times your phone is on but you're not doing anything like talking, playing games, texting, listening to music, etc.

That means that you can talk on the phone for 4 hours and the standby means that the phone can last 210 hours if you don't use it. All of that varies on the phone's signal strength and it sound and display settings.

if the battery is full and u talk u can talk for up to 4 hours before the battery dies. if u leave the phone on and it just sits there the battery will last up to 210 hours

and if you leave the phone on it will stay on for 210 hours but if you talk on it it will take up the charge and not last as long.
