I asked my boss if she would get me one, cuz it's relatively cheap and she's notoriously cheap herself, but she said no, because there has been kind of a high rate of returns of this product at the vendor where we get this kind of stuff.

i dont have one myself but i work with verizon customer service and i have heard no problems. there are phones suck as the lg 4650 & motorola v260 & v265 that suck. but the Q from what ive heard is an awesome phone.
