Go out and buy an outdoor aerial (£10-£15), drill it to the wall outside your window and either run the cable through the window or if wooden windows, drill a hole and do it that way. Then plug it into your freeview box and away you go! Goodluck!

There are a number of ways to resolve this issue. All the suggestions that precede mine have merit. However you should run the TV aerial directly to the Freeview box and buy either an aerial splitter to run to your lounge TV or a Y adapter plus the required length of aerial cable. Run the cable between the Freeview box in your bedroom and the lounge TV.
Prior to doing all of these things you should temporarily locate and set up your freeview in the living room so that it can connect directly to the aerial. This will ensure that the aerial is receiving a strong enough signal to operate the freeview box. If you can get a good signal then go ahead and adopt my suggestion, or one or more of the other suggestions supplied by other respondents to your question. However, if you cannot get a good signal directly from the aerial to the freeview box, then none of the other options will work. If that is the case then you will need either a booster fitted to your roof aerial to pick up digital TV signals, or a brand new aerial altogether.
A long-winded answer, I know, but it is a complicated issue.
I hope this helps and happy viewing!

You should be able to just plug the end of the cable into the freeview box. You may need to buy a connection plug if it is missing one.
Freeview picture quality is a puzzle, even with adding a aerial booster my picture quality never improved, buying a different freeview box helped massively.

You should be aware that if you split the aerial you will weaken the potential signal, so it's always best to have a dedicated line direct to each freeview box. We actually have two aerials on our roof for this purpose - one goes to the living room and the other (the old one) goes to the kitchen. I think it cost us about £60 for a man to come and install it on our chimney and do all the wiring, including all the parts and VAT.

outside aerial to freeview box then box to TV, are you sure you are in a digital area? You may need a freeview satelite dish to improve quality

hmm difficult you need to splice into the cable from the roof arial and run a line into your bedroom.
an internal ariel may give you a ggod picture and will plug straight in the back of your box.

either buy a 2 way splitter that goes in to your main tv . then a coaxial from there to your room .
Alternatively buy an AV sender . This is wireless and works via your scart sockets

You'll need to get a man (or woman!) with a drill and some cable in.
