Is there a software that lets you practice driving with a PC hookup software?

hey people! I can't alt ctrl del and even right for the task manager. This happen when i tried to install the lasted driver for my grahpic card. I even reformatted my harddisk, installed new copy of my windows. I tried to prompt out the task manager before I install the older version of the driver, it came out. But soon after i installed the driver for graphic its back to sqaure one again =(.

Any suggestion? or is there any 3rd party programs which act like task manager?

Yeah ccleaner is something i need because i got some files that need to be deleted off my computer. But i am so broke and i heard it was free. Is it possible to delete all the crap stuff in there for free? And if yeah can someone tell me how to use it cause ive tried several times. Thanks!

ok i want to have my excel gradebook tell me in a column by the students averages say F D C B A the scale roughly is 0-64 F, 65-74 D, 75-83 C, 85-92 B 93-100 A
i need an if or if else etc to set this up
anbd how to set up a column on the side to properly display the reference scale and to call from it to display the Letter Grade

I limit the kids to an hour a day and they always go over the limit.If i get busy and don't remind them they stay on.And when I do tell them "times up!" It's always " In a minute!!" Help me !! This is a real headache.

I have a Dell B800r XPS computer system that originally started out with a Windows 98 OS. I upgraded to 2000 but lost most of my memory along the way. I have reupgraded (maxed out) the memory on this computer to 512 MB. I have a Windows XP upgrade disc but am wondering what would happen if I updated. Would I even be able to update?

I'm using MS Excel 2000 to analyse a lot of data. But its function is not powerful & convenient enough. (Mainly, I use basic logical functions)

I've had a look at MS Access. But it is not suitable for me.
