What program would you guys recommend to make a slideshow with (other than MS Powerpoint)? I need something that I can easily coordinate/time pictures and slides with text and music.... Any suggestions? (I'm not too concerned with cost)

I Have done a lot of research into slideshow programs, purchased a few, tried many, and here is what I have found:

The very best professional level one, that professional photographers use, as well as many other professionals, is ProShow producer by photodex, which sells for $500.

However, they also have ProShow Gold, which has most of the features of Producer, for $80.

Both of these programs are highly configurable, easy to use, and do everything you would want or need to do.

Hmm...I use Picasa, but it can't put text and music to the application you make. It's very easy though, and can do screensavers and movies too. Here's the link: http://picasa.google.com/ Or you could search up "program to make slideshows" up on a search engine, it would probably bring up many results.

New program from Microsoft Beats the A$$ of these programs,
Its called Photostory 3
Free from microsoft but you need to pass the Genuine software operating system security, I reccomend you to download from a mirror if you cant pass it.

If not, theres always the best one, PowerPoint!
