my friend is opening up a store and needs a software to help with inventory payroll book keeping and other financail thing is there 1 program that does it all

I have started a new small business and am the only employee. I don't know very much about accounting so it would have to be pretty straight forward and easy to use so that I can learn it quickly.

In your opinion which accounting software would be best and why?

a. Quickbooks (if so, which version)
b. Quicken
c. PeachTree
d. Or other (please make a suggestion)

Buying XP for my home use but I don't know if it's worth it to get the home edition or the professional one.

I currently have 2K professional.

I do the usual things that most users do, nothing special. Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the professional version?


Also, any reliable place that has XP for cheap?

Hi, trying to block limewire on my local network, meaning i want it to be done in my router, not using firewalls or anything.

Ive blocked ports 6346:6347 TCP/UDP but its still downloading, using critical bandwidth. Any way to tell my router that its not allowed? Its a Belkin.

When I bought my laptop the idiot technician helped setup my windows Media Center Edition installation and when asked entered 'HP' as to whom the registered owner was. Now all software I use automatically assumes my name is HP. It's really annoying the crap out of me. Please help!!!

I have an interview this morning and I have had my resume done for quite some time. Now that I'm going to print it, it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel" I have no idea what this means but I have to leave in about 1 1/2 hours and in desparate need of help!!! I went to google and tried to download a free version and it wouldnt work!!! Thank you for any help!!!!!!!

I'm using XL2003, I need to write a macro/vbs program which will select all the data in a table up to the end one column within the table. The end of the column will move around depending on other factors, so the macro must look for the end of the data and select up to that point.

I'm quite new to Macros but otherwise quite competent at Excel so please give as much detail as you like.

I have a hardrive with absolutely no trace of windows on it and and when I try to install Windows XP it stops when it says opening windows on the blue set up screen.I turn my computer on then when it says boot from CD I press a button it then takes me to the blue screen that says loading files after it says loading files it says opening windows and stays there.It is supposed to go to a screen to setup partions for installing windows.Is it because its just an upgrade disc and not a full install and if so is it normal to stop at this screen when it says "opening windows".On my other computer it used to go to a screen that said "please insert full version" Thanks
