I have an interview this morning and I have had my resume done for quite some time. Now that I'm going to print it, it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel" I have no idea what this means but I have to leave in about 1 1/2 hours and in desparate need of help!!! I went to google and tried to download a free version and it wouldnt work!!! Thank you for any help!!!!!!!

No panick, it's a small problem. You have accidently changed or deleted the extension in your file. Here are two solotions:

1) Rename the file with the right extension. What program did you use to create the resume? If it was MS Word, just rename the file to blabla.doc (the "doc" is the extension)

2) Right click on the program and scroll down to Open With. Then choose one of the programs that it is offering you. Or just click on "choose program", Then go and choose the rpogram you used to create the file in the first place (MS word, or whatever it was).

Send me email if it doesn't work...

THis might be it: Find the file through Windows Explorer, Right-Click on the file and look for the selection RENAME. When you select that it will put the name of the file in a box that you can modify.. The easiest way is to use the Right arrow key so that your cursor is highlighting the end of the name. There put this:

.doc (that would be a period then the extension doc).

If that doesnt open it properly for you do the same thing but use .txt

Good Luck.
