I have to operating systems on my pc. One is XP home and the other is XP pro. Both are working however i would like to delete the XP HOme edition because i am no longer using it anymore and i need to conserve more space on my HDD. How will i fix my problem?

i can not connect. I have went to limewire and tried to ask why and you cannot ask them a ? and I found out if you don't have limewire pro then I cannot ask them ? So I checked the can't connect link and followed the directions on windows firewall, but it didn't work. So now I am searching for another firewall and cannot find one. Can anyone help me figure out anything that will help? Or even where I can find out? Thanks

I swear, it feels like I installed some type of spyware on my PC. I am using Yahoo Messenger with Voice and every once in a while, I come home to my PC being ridiculously slow. I took a screenshot of this, and I cannot figure out what a chat program - that isn't being used - needs so many resources for.

I have a new computor but your disc (now 2 years old) crashes my computor. Gateway states this is your problem as you have a conflict with Service Pack 2....but there is suppose to be a patch. How do I get it???? If I can't, I will cancel my SBC Yahoo account.

I am typing tables with text in MS Word 2003 and importing into Indesign. I am finding the table cells I create in Word are not keeping the styles ie the text in the table cell is all vertically squashed in Indesign but looks perfect in Word. Am using mac so the space before and after is 3pt. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We use MS Outlook under MS Exchange. The rules only work when Outlook is open. But I want the rules to work when Outlook is not running and I am checking my email via the web. The rules appear on the web based email client but only take affect when the email arrive into the outlook inbox.

Ok heres why i think it isn't Illegal. First of all it's like someone giving you there copy of whatever it is. When me and my friends have copies of stuff, we share with each other, shouldn't that be considerd illegal because im letting him borrow my game so he can have it. Theres no reason it should be illegal there just giving you there stuff, hence it's not illegal, and it's not stealing. So come on don't you see why it's not Illegal! Another reason i say this is because it's like when i make copies of stuff for friends for free, then someone my friends know makes a copy of it, that person makes a copy of that copy and so on and so on, where in that is it illegal? Please tell me what you think, because in my opinion theres nothin illegal about it.

My friend has his own laptop and he uses it everyday. He got grounded because his father found out about some messages he sent on MySpace and just information that he wasn't telling his dad. I guess his father installed a trojan or some other kind of program on his computer that allows him to see everything he does, as his friend I'm trying to find out what you can do... is there a certain way you can find it... a program or something you can do without harming the computer, he could care less about having his father find out... any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated!

Ok I have a Compaq Persario desktop PC and it runs windows xp. I have the factory restore disks. The problem is a friend of mine had her computer to mess up so I loaned her my disks and it wouldn't read them. It says "Please contact Compaq technical support" and now it doesn't work on mine either. Are these disks locked or something? Is there anyway of making them useful again? I know it was a stupid move on my part but at the time I had no idea how important these disks are. Any advice is appreciated. Oh and I did call Compaq since my computer is not still under warranty they want help unless I pay them like $100 per year for the support. Thanks
