Nope, nothing that will give you major performance gains. But you can get some minor improvements by:

1. Deleting files you don't need.
2. Uninstalling programs you don't use.
3. Running a defragmentation on your hard drive. This will reorder the info on the disk and save the drive heads having to travel so far to read it. Open 'My Computer' Right click on C: and choose Properties > Tools > Defragment Now.

To really see an increase you're going to have to upgrade. More RAM (memory) is usually the cheapest option.

You dont need any software to enhance your PC performance.

Either you upgrade the ram and/or processor

or you keep cleaning the unwanted stuff from your PC and it works well and good.
