I have a new computor but your disc (now 2 years old) crashes my computor. Gateway states this is your problem as you have a conflict with Service Pack 2....but there is suppose to be a patch. How do I get it???? If I can't, I will cancel my SBC Yahoo account.

I'm not sure what you're smokin', but you are asking a question to the public. This isn't Microsoft or Yahoo! tech support!

There should be a downloadable version of Yahoo's software from their website. Again, I don't work for Yahoo, but I'm sure I've downloaded their software before.

As an alternative, you can just call them and they'll mail you a new disc. The older discs (like the one you have) may not have been compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 2, but I can guarantee the newer discs are.

Realize that you don't even really need Yahoo's software, which is really just a pretty version of Internet Explorer that they designed. It actually runs a bit slower on most webpages than the one Microsoft includes with XP. And man, you should reallly relax in situations like this. Threatening to cancel before you even get a response is just childish.
