I work for a document storage company, we use Excel to search for locations of our boxes.
One of our companies numbers each file individually, ie, file 1, file 2, file 3. This means that they fit up to ten to fifteen files in a box.
The way that they number there boxes for example is 1-10, if there where ten files in that box.
Lets say the company asks for file 8 to be retrieved. how do i search specifically for that file number without going through the whole box list til i come across "1-10" where it is ?

i m working with fc4 . while installing GDAL (with ./configure --with-hdf4=/usr/lib/hdf4.2r1)i got the error: HDF4 support not fount nor mfhfd support found.
i tried to install HDF4 and got the error undefined reference to sqrt, after adding -lm in MAkefile also same error occure ..
plz help to solve the problem.

This is the error message that appears when I use Movie Maker to compress .avi files........

"\\Mon\Movies2\Mon Downloads\My Super Ex-Girlfriend.avi could not be imported. The required codec was not downloaded automatically because the Download codecs automatically check box is not selected in the Options dialog box."

The "download codecs automatically" was already checked but I still have the same problem.

i have used 6 windows installation floppies to reinstall my sysytem software or my dell desktop computer, which worked fine! but when i go to install windows on my older laptop (is compatable with windows xp) it comes up with disk error, but it is the same disk from micrsoft website! my laptop is a compaq evo n410c! can anyone help?

I'm having a problem with my computer, my comp needs a antivirus download yet everytime i try it won't work, as well as i even tryed to do system restore and it keeps saying that it is unsucessful any ideas what i can do. i called HP and they want $45.oo for support. because my warranty ran out. The problem is that prints in color and the black just shows up blank. I have it set to black and white but no luck. I even dampened the cartridge. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4114 and I recently installed the game Majesty on it. I bought an updated version of the game (fully compatable with my computer and version of windows). I uninstalled the old version, as was prompted, however it still said it was installed. When I go to add/remove programs and remove it it, it says it has been removed but is still listed. When I try to install the game it lists the installation as an option (meaning it doesnt recognize another version of the game on my computer) however when I click install it wont install - it says INSTALLATION complete! I've updated all the components of my computer and tried everything I can find online to try and help... any one know how to solve this? I've already run regsupreme and all that jazz. Thank you!
