Is there a way one can call from a computer to phones(Cell phones, Land phones, etc) free without spending a buck to anywhere in the world?

this called "viop" it means voice over ip, & its new to the internet community. it starts with skybe then the rest of the companies such as ( viop busteror free internet calles) you can download viopbuster or free internet calles then you'll have a free calles to some countries also fone in is free. calles is for free to landlines only .

YES, I hav a diler called "phonwala" you can download it from phonewala.com, n then u hav to buy a recharge cupen just like cell phons, and here you hav your net to phone connection.
(but it is recomended for IDS's only, as the rates are high for local call e.g. PC is in delhi, india, and want to call USA = Rs. 2.00 Per Menute, PC in delhi, india, calling delhi, india, +Aprox Rs.15.00 per menute.)

not available in india if u use voip then it makes ur calls cheap not totally free cos i use voip n it makes my calls to USA for .99/min

if you live in america, and want to call somebody else in america u can do it free via skype, http://www.skype.com there is no way i know of now to get free transatlantic calls.
