I posted a question earlier re Messenger, but I didn't specify it's Windows Messenger not Yahoo. So, thanks for earlier responses!
I'm using Windows Messenger and am concerned that my conversations are being saved to the hard drive. A friend said he had stumbled across weeks of chat on his hard drive, but when I asked, he couldn't remember where.

I am trying to take a screenshot of an apple quicktime movie trailer (.mov) by using the (print Screen command). It captures the page fine but where the trailer frame is supposed to be is only a portion of it after I paste it in imageready. And recentering the my workspace around the frozen frame is futile because after I go back to print the next frame the PREVIOUS pasted image has changed with the next frame. So, needless to say it’s not working out.
Are there any Free software downloads that will allow me to capture the contents of the movie file to paste in imageready and enable me to create an animation?

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to copy DVDs on to the laptop for later burning (copying). I have DVD Xcopy Xpress , but it will only burn / copy 1 disc at a time (doesn't allow the storage of the .iso file ).

Any ideas?

I would like to print 4 pages (PDF) onto one paper with adobe reader 7.0. The particular function is not available on the menu as I know it should be under Print Setup, check multiple page, etc. I've printed 4 pictures on one paper before. With that being said, I am not sure if it is still a driver problem.

I am willing to use another program but it cannot be time consuming to edit, etc. because I need about 80 pages.

Speakers are new.No settings are muted or turned off.Was told by Dell it's a software problem, So how do I sort this out?? What do I have to do? Where do I look in Windows to check for problems and/or reset the error that has caused this? I have young chikdren and I'm not sure if they have pressed something by mistake. If i try to listen to music/video's on line- it just tells me that an error has occurred and the page cannot be displayed? Help I'm really frustrated and confused with this! Been trying to sort it for a week now!!

I removed it from "Add/Remove" but when I turn on my computer, it still trys the software automatically. Because I removed it, it cannot finish the inital part, so I have to hit cancel over and over again. Could someone PLEASE help me?

I have the need to monitor my AIM account (AOL instant messager) as well as my MSN and Yahoo IM accounts. I would also if possible like to be able to monitor two AIM accounts at the same time without being logged off of one of them when I sign on with the other.

For Macintosh users on OS X, what is the best app for doing this?
