The Corel program itself my be completely removed from your PC, but something is trying to LOAD the program and failing because the program is gone.

Two places to look:

Start button > All Programs > Startup
See if there is anything in that submenu that is part of Corel
If so, delete it
Anything in the submenu is loaded when you start the PC

Start Button > Run > Type in: msconfig
Click on the Startup tab
You will see a list of all the programs the registry is preloading on your PC at startup
Uncheck anything related to Corel (use the filenames and directory to guess which they are). Anything unchecked will not load.
While there, you may want to look down the list and uncheck anything else you don't really need preloaded. As must programs will still run if not preloaded, you can usually uncheck everything and your PC will start up faster and run faster.
You can always recheck items if you have a problem with a program or decide you want something to preload.

Hopefully between those you will remove what is trying to call the Corel program.

If you have already taken it out of the add/remove area, then go to start/search/all files and folders/type in the file name and delete 1 file at a time. That should do it.
