I want it kinda like Windows Movie Maker but with more effects and transitions. Plus, my Windows Movie Maker is the older one without anything, you can't even do text. I want something FOR FREE that I can download off the internet. I want it to be just as good as Pinnacle studios, but I know like thats impossible tho.

I bought a toshiba dynabook satellite 1860 in japan. the windows xp i installed doesn't support the video card, the previous japanese xp used Trident Video Accelerator Cyberblade XP2 v6.5. But I couldn't find it on either trident nor toshiba sites

I have a store bought computer that i had to replace the motherboard. The machine works just fine, but now I need to re activate windows..I tried by phone and by internet..Microsoft says it's not valid so I must uninstall and reinstall XP and use the product key on the side of the case. Fine. I have and XP disk and I have the key. But how do I uninstall? Do I go into the bios? I can't load the computer because it stops at the activate screen...Any help would be great. Never had this problem..it usually just activates with the internet option

I want my father's laptop to start Kerio firewall upon start up. For some reason, it does not start automatically. He does not have a router where he lives, is there a way to load Kerio firewall every time on start up? thanks.

I have a CD of a recent sermon from church. I was expecting it to have one long track, but it was broken up in to 18 tracks. I would like to take the tracks and make them one file on my computer.

I don't have any sound editing equipment, so I was thinking that I could rip the CD and create MP3 files and somehow using editing softward to combine them into one larger MP3 file.

Any suggestions for a software program that does this? Free would be even better.

my computer screen keeps bouncing around and inflating and its only gotten worst. my start button is half way dissapeared my clock is gone on the right lower side. and when i enter the internet my exit bar is dug in the right side and dissapeared someone please give me options and answers! it cant be a virus b/c ive done multiple virus scans?

its an ibm running xp (was running xp in combination with kubuntu linux). I removed linux, but the grub starter is still active, and when the computer loads, it loads with grub with finds an error and then stops. In IBM BIOS setup utility i can't quite figure out how to remedy this scenario. The computer is a lenovo thinkpad and did not come with a boot disk, but i do have the capability to burn one for it if necessary, but would rather solve the problem within IBM BIOS if that is possible...just want to load with regular ole' xp. thanks for the help

Some DOS commands like ipconfig, ping, etc. don't work (there are much more) while others like cd, dir or cls, do. I want to get much more familiar with the command line so this is a bit disappointing. What can be done with this? I use Windows XP SP2 by the way.
