What is the most stable spervice pack for Microsoft Server 2000?

I should make this more clear. I know that service pack 4 is available, but which sp is the most stable? I want to make sure that the sp is stable before I install in.

Presently on SP4. Haven't noticed any instability with any of the previous versions or with this current one.
