Open Registry Editor by going to Start Menu, then click on RUN and type in the box regedit and then hit enter.

In Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows NT\CurrentVersion\
Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\
UserList

Create the following entry:

Username: REG_DWORD

(Where Username is the username of the user you want to hide from the Welcome Screen).

Assign a value of 0.

Close Registry Editor.

Reboot.

My steps are to hide it from the welcome screen, but once you log on it, it will set that username with all the properties it needs and it will create folders for that user. You will not be able to hide the directory from anyone since they can be seen in your explorer. However, it will hide the user from showing up during the welcome menu.

As far as I know, it is not possible. If you create an accouunt, it will always be displayed. If you want it secure, you can create a personal password...The Guest account is the only account that can be turned on and off.
