Like if you use system restore to create a point, then install a software not knowing theres a virus until you notice. Can it go back to the stored point and erase the virus?

I need a program that allows me to put password on folders and drives. Not like Folder Lock but a program that makes you enter a password when you click on the folder or drive.

i have a trojan or spyware on my laptop which mcafee and the other programes can not find it
it generate some files like
25647529.exe
82774621.exe
and so on and when it runs it change my internet explorer setting such as it uncheck show the pictures in internet explorer and also it closes all active internet explorer window and at the end when it want to access the internet my firewall block it but after some second it comes back with new name !!!!
what is this ?
how can i remove it?
i used mcafee and spyware doctor and spyware sweeper and norton and windows defender and more than another 10 softwares.
please help me

the size settings of my screen have been changed, (and it is now larger) but when i try to change them back (so that they are smaller) it sais they are already the smallest they can be. how can i decrease them?

i am a manager of a small business recently i fired one of my employee this employee used to work one of the computres when he left he didn't tell us the adminstrative password to the computer because of that we couldn't use the computer i would like if anyone here knows how to crack the passwords i have only access to the guest account the computer is windows xp. i wolud also be happy if you forward me website where i can get help.
