How can I disable it without using the password. I have forgotten it.

Hi, Just go to safe mode and make a new user account..
To go to Safe Mode, press f8 from your keyboard during startup boot (first when you turn on your computer still press f8 and stop when the dos window appear to choose the safe mode)
in the safe mode choose administrator user from first window appear and click on yes from dialog box appear, anyway in the safe mode click on start button then go to settings and control panel, in the control panel click on "user accounts" and make a new user and choose administrator and name it, then restart your computer to run on the normal mode (not safe mode) after this when the windows start choose the user that you make it on safe mode and try to work on internet.
If this not work I'm sorry to say that you need a new windows.
