Use a viruis scanner, and delete it just incase.

it is one of the viruses that affect the back door of ur operating system it is recommended to delete it at once by scan ur computer and let it heal or delete.
PS
sometimes it get in the msdos in hiden file so when u delete the original file it sticks same on ur computer so on the system32 u should lost for msdos and scan the file for any viruses and after that u'll never have any problems with computer(it freeze and make ur computer crash)
u should have some good spybots and spywareblaster,spydoctors:these threee softwares are essential for ppl who use internet to avoid any attacks from spies and(updates from microsoft) so hope that let u know what t do and help ya:).
