I really don't know, I have all this spy-ware stuff and I still get mucho spam, and then I have no time to do whatever I want because I have to go through everything.
What I just did now, is email by internet provider and asked the support team. They value me as a VIP, probably because of all the questions I have asked. So, my answer is to u , to email yr servicer and ask,, it can't hurt! Flash- cue in to yr server with get rid of spam mucho ads appear. checkit out!

Get a new email address is the easiest way and if you want to keep the ID you have now start going adn submitting unwanted emails as spam and block them

You can either get a new e-mail address, or you can 'spam' all the unwanted e-mails. You can check at the end of those unwanted e-mails for instructions as to how you can unsubscribe from them.

Change your primary e mail account address, create a secondary address such as yahoo mail and use this when you need to give e mail info on the net!

You need to create a new e-mail address. You will never stop spam. That is just the way e-amail is.
