well if someone is requesting passwords to a sensitive account such as:online banking, loans, other accounts that have access to your finances. I would contact the people that oversee those accounts and have username and passwords changed first of all. Then I would have them search out who is tring to access you account. Website administraitors can find the IP address of who is tring to access the account and then can intern find their physical address. If it is something cheesy like a yahoo account I would just play it safe and create a new account.

Get IP Recognize Software,Install and find out
How is he asking password.Block that address.Another way ignore,Donot response and delete the message.Report Spam

be careful
change your password frequently. Make is something with letters and numbers. Make sure your security question is one you picked and not one of the standard ones that some one could guess.
After you
have done all that, then try to think who is your stalker.
