I found out after running Dr. Watson that there is a program running everytiime I start my computer. I believe this is a virus that is slowing the performance of my PC. This file is an application hiding in my temp folder and my problem is I can't delete it because it is being used by windows. I tried to open my pc in safe mode but to my surprise, the file is not there to be seen. It will only appear if im starting up my pc in windows. The file name is also changing like efp5d.exe or Fhe4c5.exe. Thanks for whatever info and help u can give me.

ok i'll admit it, i occasionally visit adult sites for the viewing pleasure. i am an adult and believe that i should be allowed this freedom. however, i have heard that many adult sites contain spyware, trojans, viruses, etc that can contaminate your computer. what, if there is any, are ways that you can protect yourself as well as you can from the malicious intruders while visiting adult sites? i usually visit sites that are from companies such as vivid.com or hustler.com if that helps any. thanks for all the help in advance.

Every time I open a window I get a second window that pops up Saying HTTP 404. How the heck do I get rid of it? I got it on my last pc too and finally had to buy another computer because it was driving me nuts and there were so many of these windows popping up each time I couldn't do anything at all on my computer.

Well i was just browsing the internet and all of a sudden, the internet connection freezes up, then I restart IE and all of my cookies are gone. I try going to websites where I saved my sign-in information, and they are asking for it again. I know I am the only one using this computer today, and would this be a sign that someone is spying or hacking into my computer? Thanks!
