Well i was just browsing the internet and all of a sudden, the internet connection freezes up, then I restart IE and all of my cookies are gone. I try going to websites where I saved my sign-in information, and they are asking for it again. I know I am the only one using this computer today, and would this be a sign that someone is spying or hacking into my computer? Thanks!

It is more likely that IE just cracked and deleted the cookies on its own.

I do however recommend installing a firewall, anti virus and anti spyware.

i currently use:
Filseclab
Avast
Ad-Aware and SpyBot

Oh, and don't use IE, the E stands for exploder. I recommend Firefox.

IE is definitely unstable, because it's so vulnerable. I would go for another browser as suggested, and run the spy scans!
