Enable encryption on your router. Follow the directions on the manufactures website or refer to your user manual.

Go into your wireless router (check your router manual or look up the instructions on the manufacturers website) go into your wireless settings and setup a password (Typically WPA or WEP) for your router. On most you can also limit who connects by MAC Address. To find the mac address go to start, run, type CMD, enter. At the command prompt type ipconfig /all, look for your wireless card's Physical Address (this is the MAC Address) and add it to your allowed addresses. This will prevent anyone from accessing your internet unless they have a valid mac address and password. Hint: If you use an external wireless card (PCMCIA) the mac is listed on the underside of the card.

READ YOUR DOCUMENTATION!

1) Configure your wireless router not to broadcast the SSID
2) Configure your wireless router to use a WEP key that is not assigned upon detection, but that you enter on each node of your LAN.
3) Configure your wireless router to not use DHCP and use static IP addresses on each node of your LAN.
4) Configure your wireless router to allow only those IP address access to the Internet by specifying a disallowed range.
5) Configure your wireless router to allow only specific MAC addresses (if available on your device) to allow access to the Internet.

This should keep others from stealing your bandwidth.
